"Great experience. We had them out to inspect an insert we had purchased and installed by another company after major buildup in our liner after only 2 months of use. They provided a thorough inspection and explanation of how the gaps left on a poorly installed system were not only reducing efficiency, but causing a hazard. We purchased a new Buck insert from them and they did an awesome job on installation and recommending the unit to fit our needs. They also replaced our dryer vent cap with one that is critter proof. Just had the chimney and dryer vent inspected and cleaned on our annual schedule, and couldn’t ask for anything better. Great folks that do what they say."
