"I was very pleased with the professional manner in which Herb and his associate demonstrated. They were very courteous and thorough. Herb's associate displayed genuine concern for my possessions as he went about cleaning the chimney. I was extremely grateful. Through the use of modern technology, Herb was able to provide an invoice, pictures, and evaluate possible damages. I also appreciate the fact the Herb did a complete check of the fireplace, chimney, and gas unit. I feel a lot safer knowing that my chimney has been inspected."
