"The two man crew showed up as scheduled. They were both courteous and caring of our home appearance. The chimney inspection was thorough including pictures of minor problems and addressing possible repairs for current or future needs. Since no major issues were identified, no attempt was made to pressure us into adding expensive or extensive repairs just to increase the cost of the inspection. We wish all contractors would be as professional as they were."
